The CONEX-AG-M100D is a compact, piezo-motor-driven mirror mount integrated with a controller that features a patent-pending absolute position feedback for 1-in.-diameter optics. The CONEX-AG-M100D has a closed-loop MIM of 0.001° and a bi-directional repeatability to 0.01°, features needed in beam pointing applications and critical for position recovery.
