Spot Imaging Solutions has launched the Pursuit, a 1.4-megapixel cooled digital CCD camera. It features a 1360 × 1024-pixel-resolution interline CCD, 62% peak quantum efficiency, an extended near-IR mode, –25 °C differential cooling, 7 e read noise, a USB 2.0 interface, a 2/3-in. C-mount lens interface and a software development kit with engineering support. It operates at 10 fps at full resolution and is suitable for use in low-light imaging applications.
