For gasket cutting lasers, a line of off-the-shelf replacement CO2 laser lenses and mirrors for computer numerical control laser gasket cutting operations requiring high accuracy and reliability is available from Laser Research Optics.

The laser lenses and mirrors are optimized for 10.6 µm and meet OEM and ISO-10110 specifications for optical elements in lower power lasers. Direct field replacements for Amada, Coherent, Cincinnati, Epilog, Mazak, Synrad, Universal and similar lasers that may be used for cutting gaskets, these optics are in-stock for overnight shipment.

Offered in ½- to 1-in. O.D. sizes and 1- to 12-in. focal lengths, the laser lenses are antireflection-coated with dual-band coatings available to aid in system alignment. The mirrors are 10- to 12.7-mm thick and made from silicon, copper and molybdenum for use in dirty environments.

The lenses and mirrors are priced according to type, configuration and quantity.
