KARLSRUHE, Germany, Oct. 14, 2014 — The IP66 Colibri series camera enclosures by autoVimation are suited for cameras with a cross-section of 29 × 29 mm or 30 × 30 mm and lenses with a maximum diameter of 40 mm.

The enclosure walls sit 10 mm above the camera, creating a minimal size change. It simplifies the company’s quick-lock mounting system and can achieve compatibility with the 40-mm-wide dovetail profile of the company’s modular construction kit. The enclosures weigh just over 400 g, making them effective for mobile applications.
