WEYBRIDGE, England, Nov. 30, 2016 — Camera Link ModuleSony Europe Ltd.’s XCL-SG510 Camera Link V2.0 module features a global shutter that allows high-speed moving objects to be captured at 5.1 MP and 154 fps.

The module offers an array of image processing features such as shading and error correction, wide dynamic range and frame accumulation to area exposure, area gain and multi-region of interest imaging. They can be hardware- and software-triggered, incorporating edge detection, pulse width detection, bulk trigger and sequential trigger modes.

Designed around the Sony 2/3-type Exmor CMOS sensor with Pregius technology, the module has been designed to extract high-quality images from the sensor, even in low light conditions.
