The new module in the PF32 camera family from Photon Force can be implemented in hardware for applications that depend on photon counting. Incorporating a Xilinx Artix 7 FPGA, the module also includes a 4-lane PCIe connection to the system via an industry standard OCuLink connector. This allows the user to maximize frame rate, while minimizing latency and extracting the best performance possible from the SPAD array. The module is also compatible with standard CS-mount lenses and the Photon Force software suite.
