Confocal Imaging ReaderThe HALO Max QCL line of Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) analyzers from Tiger Optics LLC are based on mid-IR Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) technology.

Tiger’s QCL-CRDS enable real-time, parts-per-trillion-level detection of trace contaminants such as CO and CO2 in ultra-high purity gases typically used in semiconductor manufacturing. Neither calibration nor carrier gas are required, enabling savings in operating costs.
