Cell Culture MicroscopeThe CKX53 microscope from Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG includes a novel inversion phase contrast imaging technique.

Delivering high-quality images over a wide field of view for live-cell and fluorescence imaging, the system is tailored to the cell culture process with optimized ergonomics and intuitive operation.

The integrated phase-contrast system speeds up operations with the microscope, removing the need to prepare or center the objectives when moving between 4× and 40× magnification. It enables 3D views devoid of halos or directional shadows. Observation is possible over areas up to 11 mm in diameter.

Long-life LED illumination lasts over 20 hours with a color temperature of 4000 K.
