The Axiovert 5 cell imaging system from ZEISS uses artificial intelligence and automatic functions to ease daily work in the cell lab.

From scientific routine and basic research to phase contrast and multichannel fluorescence imaging, processes become more efficient and results more reproducible. The system comes with an intuitive operating concept, with novice users able to produce high-quality images. Settings or adjustments take place automatically. Lab technicians and researchers can use brightfield, phase, and fluorescence contrast to investigate cell or tissue cultures. Cell counting and cell confluency can be automatically determined by readily available artificial intelligence modules.
