SANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 22, 2015 — Rohm Semiconductor's SML-D15 chip LEDs achieve high-accuracy brightness with a 75 percent reduction in variations, providing a single rank of brightness to lighten design load.
By optimizing the LED element, brightness is improved three times over conventional products, delivering brightness in the 1608 size (1.6 × 0.8 mm).
The LEDs are AEC-Q101 qualified, suitable for applications in automotive systems, industrial equipment and consumer devices.
