CAMARILLO, Calif., Feb. 11, 2019 — Circular PhotodiodeThe AXUV20HS1 circular photodiode from Opto Diode Corp. is designed for radiation detection.

The high-speed photodetector features a circular active area of 5 mm in diameter and electron detection to 200 eV. A typical rise time amounts to 3.5 ns, with storage and operating temperatures ranging from −10° C to 40° C ambient and from −20° C to 80° C in nitrogen or vacuum environments.

The AXUV20HS1 is one of several detectors that features high-performance measurement of photons, electrons, or x-rays.
