The No. 971 Class 100 cleanroom cabinet oven from Grieve Corp. Is used to sterilize materials such as glassware.
The system features 4-in. thick insulated walls and a Type 304 2B finish stainless steel interior with ½-in. inside radius corners with all seams welded, ground, and polished. The stainless-steel exterior features a #4 brushed finish. The unit is equipped with front and rear access doors plus an integral wall sealing flange. A red pilot light onboard the oven signals when the opposite door is open. All door hardware is chrome plated.
For Class 100 cleanroom compliance, the oven features a 12 × 12 × 6-in. thick HEPA fresh air filter with a 2-in. pre-filter and a 30 × 24 × 6-in. thick stainless steel, high-temperature HEPA recirculating filter. Workspace dimensions measure 36 × 36 × 39 in.
