TERRASSA, Spain, Dec. 27, 2022 — The S neox Cleanroom sensor head from Sensofar can be used in ISO Class 1 ratings, the strictest classification of particle contamination.

The device minimizes the main sources of particles through using a stainless-steel enclosure, covering the gap between the sensor head and the motorized nosepiece, and adding a vacuum connection to remove the particles from the sensor head.
