CoaXPress 2.0 CamerasBasler AG has announced six new models in its boost camera series with CoaXPress 2.0 with sensors from ON Semiconductor's XGS series.

The cameras offer 20-, 32-, and 45-MP resolutions, incorporating high-performance CMOS sensors with global shutter technology and frame rates of up to 45 fps. To replace older CCD sensors, the high-resolution XGS sensors offer high image quality at higher frame rates and low costs. It is ideal for uses with image transmission distances of up to 40 m where high data rates and resolutions are required.

The CXP 2.0 interface is useful for applications in the semiconductor, photovoltaic, display, and medical industries.
