CAMBRIDGE, England, April 28, 2020 — CoaXPress RepeaterThe CXP-12 CoaXPress Repeater from Cambridge Electronic Industries Ltd. supports all speeds up to CXP-12 and removes issues with prohibitive short connection lengths.

This small, lightweight, qualified device is available in either a single-, dual-, or quad-connection format and has been approved by the JIIA as compliant with the CoaXPress V2.0 standard. The Repeater is a plug-and-play device, as well as a cost-effective copper alternative to a fiber system. It significantly increases the connection length at any given bit rate between the host and device. The repeater does not require an external power supply, using Power-Over-CoaXPress technology.

The Repeater is available with Micro BNC, BNC, or DIN 1.0/2.3 connections.
