NVIS Coated Glass Filters from Abrisa Technologies are designed for night vision imaging systems and lighting displays.
The filters are designed to meet MIL-STD-3009 and MIL-C-48497A durability requirements. The filters are available in various sizes, ranging up to 19 × 19 in. The filters are made from ultrathin, ultralight High Ion-Exchange aluminosilicate glass, enabling users to view instrumentation displays, monitor navigation controls, and communicate in complete darkness while avoiding detection. They also suppress unwanted light emissions. Applications include military and avionics applications such as goggles, display enhancement cover glass, and lighting.
