SAN DIMAS, Calif., March 9, 2023 — Confocal Raman SpectrometerCRAIC Technologies’ Apollo M™ is a confocal Raman microspectrometer that adds to an optical microscope setup, enabling the user to measure Raman spectra of microscopic samples. Designed for routine research, the microscope enables scientists and engineers to measure the Raman spectra from microscopic samples or microscope sampling areas of large samples, such as semiconductors. The system is designed for use with solid-state lasers as well as an optical microscope.
