PrincetonInstrumentsActon.jpgThe MonoVista confocal Raman microscope systems from Princeton Instruments/Acton offer both macro- and confocal microanalysis capabilities in a single system. Integration with Olympus upright and inverted microscopes provides spectroscopic data with diffraction-limited spatially resolved accuracy. Integrated laser options are available and can support single and multiple laser systems. The systems have a high-stability base plate with five focal mounts, a powerful software interface and multiple detector options, including the company’s scientific-grade CCD cameras and InGaAs arrays, a six-position filter wheel, dual spectrometer exits, a triple-grating turret and more than 100 available gratings.
