The Gocator® 5500 series of smart 3D line confocal sensors from LMI Technologies features a 3D smart sensor platform with next-generation, on-sensor, industrial Internet of Things web-based vision software and onboard measurement tools.

The sensors feature a dual-axis design that delivers simultaneous generation of 3D topography, 3D tomography, and 2D intensity data. They can scan any material type, including multi-layered, transparent/translucent, curved edge, shiny, textured, mixed materials, and more, with sub-μm precision and at 1792 data points/profile.
