The ConoProbe Mark10-HD by Optimet is a non-contact laser sensor that offers distance and multidimensional measurements at sub-micron levels.

The new sensor is designed for 2-D, 3-D, surface contour and volumetric measurements necessary for quality control, inspection and metrology applications. It delivers measurements down to 0.5 µm, as well as angular coverage to 150° in all directions. The laser’s small spot size provides high lateral resolution for accurate measurements of small features and small radii.
