Cool & Control Diode Drivers

ALPhANOV has introduced the Cool & Control diode driver module for applications in laser micromachining, terahertz imaging, laser components and optical systems.

Modules are available in single mode and multimode. The single-mode module is compatible with standard butterfly laser diodes and features a repetition rate of up to 250 Mhz and peak current of up to 3.5 A. The multimode module is compatible with any type of multimode fiber-coupled multiple-element laser diode and features a maximum modulation frequency of 500 kHz.
