ILX-Lightwave.jpgILX Lightwave Corp. has unveiled the LDX-32420 high-power current source for control of high-power single-emitter laser diodes. The source offers selectable 10- and 20-A continuous-wave output ranges, multiple levels of laser diode protection to safely test high-power devices, and set point and measurement functions. It has GPIB, IEEE-488 and USB computer interfaces, constant current and power operating modes, four-wire forward voltage measurement and analog laser current modulation capability.
