STOUGHTON, Mass., Sept. 16, 2020 — DC/DC ConvertersThe MR4011SRU series of single-output, 40-W DC/DC converters from MicroPower Direct are packaged in a compact 1 × 2-in. case.

The devices are specifically designed to provide the ultra-wide input range, robust performance, rugged packaging, and high reliability required for railway or transit applications. Six standard models operate from wide 40 to 160 VDC inputs, providing tightly regulated single outputs of 3.3, 5, 12, 15, 24, or 48 VDC. Standard features include line/load regulation <1%, I/O isolation of 3000 VDC, a remote-control input, and efficiency as high as 91%. They are protected for output short circuit faults and output over current faults.

All models are available in a case with an integrated heatsink. The pin-out is industry standard. Operation is specified for the wide industrial temperature range of -40° to +85° C.
