The Imaging Solutions Group of New York Inc. (ISG) has improved its monochrome and color megapixel cameras with the addition of a digital pan and zoom processor. The pan function, operating in real time, pans smoothly across the image sensor's active region at the full frame rate at which the window is operating. The zoom function is an advanced scaling algorithm that enables up to 10× magnification digitally through advanced interpolation of pixels. Image quality is maintained throughout the zoom range, with little to no pixelation artifacts.
