The PhotoniQ model IQSP418 is a multichannel data acquisition system designed to offer scientists, engineers and developers an off-the-shelf solution for data collection from multiple charge-based sensors. From Vertilon Corp., the instrument is used in conjunction with individual photomultiplier tubes, avalanche photodiodes and silicon photomultipliers, and it can be expanded in the factory or field to up to eight parallel channels. Applications include confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, fluorescence spectroscopy, particle physics and DNA sequencing.
