BinOptics has released four 25-Gb/s distributed-feedback laser diodes for data centers through course wavelength division multiplexing (CDWM).

They are available at wavelengths of 1270, 1290, 1310 and 1330 nm, and are designed to operate from 0 to 70 °C with low power consumption.
