CarlZeissEuro.jpgThe PALM VisDat (virtual slide data transfer) module from Carl Zeiss Ltd. works with the company’s PALM RoboSoftware, enabling users to connect molecular and digital pathology. Useful in molecular biology, medicine and pathology, the module makes it possible to transfer information about marked areas on digitized tissue sections to the company’s MicroBeam systems for microdissection. The digital images can be accessed via the Internet, where they can be shared, discussed and marked in up to four colors.
