PicoQuant GmbH has released data acquisition software version 6.0 for its TimeHarp 200 time-correlated single-photon-counting board. The software includes a real-time correlator for fluorescence correlation spectroscopy and provides device drivers for the latest 64-bit version of Windows for the AMD x64 architecture. It supports multidetector routing with photomultiplier tubes or TTL single-photon avalanche diode detectors and offers an optional time-tagged time-resolved mode with or without routing. External markers for synchronization with other processes can be recorded in this mode. The software supports control for additional monochromator models, enabling automated recording of time-resolved emission spectra.
