Olympus Europa Holding GmbH’s cellSens deconvolution module employs a constrained iterative algorithm to remove out-of-focus blur in advanced life sciences imaging. This high-speed operation provides sharp images and near-confocal quality, and corrects for spherical aberrations. Integrating seamlessly with the cellSens Dimensions software, it delivers high performance and quality. The resulting high-quality image stacks can be visualized in three dimensions, using the Voxel-Viewer to display structures and ISO projections via a click of the mouse. This enables more in-depth analysis, and stereo adaptations of the image can be displayed. The online de-blur function enables users to visualize the deconvoluted images during live operation of the camera.
