Deep UV LEDThe ZEUBE265-2CA Deep UV LED from Stanley Electric Co. Ltd. can be used for sterilization applications, maintaining high linearity even when the current increases.

The 265-nm device uses a single crystal aluminum nitride substrate with a low defect density instead of the typical sapphire substrate. It can be applied to water, air, and surface sterilization. Its small package enables installation in small spaces.

Applications include sterilization and sensing water purifiers, water servers, medical instrumentation, food filling machines, ozone concentration meters and more.
