SHANGHAI, Nov. 29, 2019 — Deposition Materials
Silicon Dioxide (SiO2) granules and sputtering targets from Shanghai Spark Advanced Material Co. Ltd. are deposition materials for glass, flat panel displays, data storage, and photovoltaic applications.

The colorless SiO2 granules feature sized between 1 and 5 mm with ultra-high purity of 99.99%. Rods are also available at larger sizes. The sputtering targets feature a purity of 99.9% and come in a circular model with a size of Φ18~30×7~18 mm or a ring model with a size of Φ230~350×5~20 mm.
