The CDM90 STS from Bold Laser Automation is a continuous diameter measurement platform for real-time diameter measurement of filaments and wires in in-line manufacturing environments. The platform integrates Keyence’s LS-9006M high-speed optical micrometers positioned at 90° angles, enabling diameter measurement within a range of 0.04 to 1 mm. The CDM90 STS also features an onboard computer with a 14-in. monitor for real-time data monitoring and logging, an extruded aluminum T-slot frame, and an integrated data acquisition system.
