SUDBURY, Mass., Sept. 24, 2020 — Die Attach AdhesiveMONOPOX EG2596 die attach adhesive from DELO Industrial Adhesives LLC offers strong adhesion after aging and flexibility in dispensing.

Fluorescent and suitable for long-term use, the adhesive is suitable for use in semiconductor and surface mount technology applications. It can be used on printed circuit boards to fix components and act as electrical insulation. With a high thixotropy index of ~9, the adhesive can be applied very finely in a low-viscous state because of the shear in the dispensing valve.

The one-component, heat-curing epoxy resin can be cured in 10 minutes at +130° C.
