Dielectric Broadband Mirrors
Optics Balzers AGRequest Info
Optics Balzers AG has released Diflex 1100 and 2000, dielectric high-reflectivity broadband mirrors for manifold applications including laser optics and biophotonics.
The mirrors are characterized by extreme reflectivity, low scattering and a wide acceptance range for the angle of incidence, which can vary between 0 and 45°. An absolute reflectance >99% and an average reflectance >99.5% can be guaranteed for any polarization and over the full 320- to 2200-nm-wavelength range.
The mirror coatings are composed of metal oxide materials, ensuring high abrasion resistance and chemical stability. They can withstand harsh environmental conditions and can be cleaned repeatedly.
The Diflex 1100 is for the 350- to 1100-nm-wavelength range and the Diflex 2000, for the 320- to 2000-nm range. Customized solutions are available upon request.
