Vision Research Inc., Phantom Digital High-Speed CamerasRequest Info
For industrial, scientific, research, military and broadcast applications, Vision Research has launched the Phantom v641, a next-generation 4-megapixel high-speed digital camera. Smaller and lighter in weight than its predecessor, the v640, it uses technology that won an Emmy for its high-definition, ultraslow-motion capabilities. It has new user-requested features, including dual power inputs for battery backup or hot-swapping batteries when under battery power; two auxiliary power ports that can provide 12-VDC/1.5-A power for accessories (each has an available trigger signal input); and dual cooling fans that ensure temperature stability and high-quality images over a wide range of environmental conditions. The viewfinder port has been moved forward on the camera to make cabling cleaner and less intrusive.
