Lyncee.jpgLyncée Tec SA has introduced a new digital holography microscope series for real-time 3-D topography with nanometer resolution. The DHM R2000 features two wavelengths working simultaneously for surface analysis with heights up to 15 μm in a single step, without the need for vertical scanning. It is suitable for materials research and development and for characterization of biosensors and micro-optics. When combined with the company’s stroboscopic device, it can achieve full-field in-plane and out-of-plane characterization of microelectromechanical systems and micro-optoelectromechanical systems up to 25 MHz.
