GROSSHANSDORF, Germany, June 14, 2022 — DigitizerThe M5i.3321-x16 digitizer from Spectrum Instrumentation GmbH uses the 16-lane PCIe interface for dual-channel data streaming applications.

The device can handle a wide variety of signals, providing 3.2 GS/s, 12-bit sampling on each channel. It is supported by fully functional front-end electronics with 1-GHz bandwidth, programmable full-scale ranges from ±200 mV to ±2.5 V and variable offset. A 4-GB on-board memory allows the capture of long and complex waveforms. It can be optioned up to 16 GB if necessary.
