MAINZ, Germany, June 25, 2014 — Dilas has expanded their Compact-Evolution product line by introducing an industrial diode laser.

The diode laser system delivers 150 to 1200 W of output power from a 300 µm (0.22 NA) fiber emitting at 976 nm.

The diode laser system is suitable for fiber laser pumping and materials processing applications in thin metal welding, heat treatment, selective soldering and brazing.
