SOLNA, Sweden, Dec. 9, 2016 — Diode Pumped Laser The Cobolt 06-DPL 553 nm diode pumped laser from Cobolt AB is a 553-nm system offering direct intensity modulation up to 5 kHz.

The expansion of wavelength offering complements the modulated diode lasers already available in the Cobolt 06-01 series, which offer modulation extinction ratios and high speed. Together, the 06-MLD and 06-DPL lasers in the Cobolt 06-01 series offer a spectrum of directly modulatable wavelengths from 405 to 660 nm in a compact form factor, ideal for fluorescence imaging and analysis applications in life science.

The lasers feature a compact, hermetically-sealed package with a high level of immunity to varying environmental conditions.
