The QuantX range of premium dispensing components from Intertronics delivers dispense quality, efficiency and economy, providing optimized yields and minimum material waste.

The syringe barrels range covers all commonly used sizes, including amber and black variants, for protection of light sensitive materials. They are manufactured from premium grade polypropylene under stringent conditions to ensure minimal resistance and parallel uniformity for accuracy and repeatability when dispensing dots, lines or doses. Barrels feature an industry-standard Luer lock fitting.

The QuantX range also comprises two types of Evenpress pistons designed to apply even pressure and seal fluids and fumes in the barrel. QuantX barrel adapter assemblies provide a convenient quick connect to the dispensing controller, with an easy fit and a good seal to the barrel.
