The Spectrum II Premier automated fluid dispensing system from Nordson Asymtek features a built-in automated optical inspection system.
The two-in-one dispensing system and inspection kit provides process control for consistently jetting small volumes as low as 1 nL at frequencies up to 1000 Hz. The system gives immediate feedback for the dispensing process for immediate course corrections. This ensures that the dispensing results are accurate before moving to the next step in the assembly process, saving time and money.
The Conexis conformal coating system provides both speed and flexibility, especially for mid-volume, high-accuracy applications. The system can reach a maximum speed of 700 mm/s with an overall accuracy of 50 µm. The modular platform accommodates three applicators and a range of options and configurations to support a wide variety of applications and needs.
