The 795-nm DFB laser from Eagleyard Photonics GmbH is a distributed feedback laser that expands the choice for Rubidium spectroscopy and related applications such as optically pumped atomic clocks.

The 14-pin butterfly package adds ready-to-use, single-frequency emission features by comprising thermoelectric cooler and thermistor enabling precise wavelength tuning. The package complies with industry standards to provide electrical input as well as optical output in the same layer. It also allows the convenient use of standard peripheral equipment such as mounts and drivers.

The laser features a line width of <1 MHz, a mode-hop-free tuning range of >10 GHz and an output power of
80 mW.
