NASHUA, N.H., May 8, 2020 — Dry Vacuum StationsHiCube® Eco Turbopump dry vacuum stations from Pfeiffer Vacuum Inc. USA feature a choice of turbopumps and dry diaphragm backing pumps for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum applications.

Four turbopumps options are available from 30 to 300 l/s, Including the high-compression-ratio HiPace 300 H, making it possible to achieve 10 to 11 mbar in an oil-free portable package. The three dry diaphragm pumps options include boost mode for faster pump-down, intermittent mode for energy savings, extended preventative intervals, and ultra-quiet operation.
