The DCP-802 from Smartoptics is a dual 400 G/800 G transponder for network scaling with 800ZR technology. The transponder enables 800G networking in a compact form factor and supports 1:1 transponder mode for direct conversion to DWDM. The DCP-802 also features support for 800G breakout, allowing connections to be split into two 400 G links (2 × 400 G) or eight 100 G links (8 × 100 G).
