The CELERA camera series from Alkeria SRL uses dual USB 3.0 technology to exceed the speed limit of the USB 3.0 interface.

The data acquired by the sensor is divided according to a proprietary algorithm and sent through two USB 3.0 ports with a programmable smart master/slave system. Data packets are reconstructed on the host PC by software drivers, doubling the bandwidth and reaching up to 340 fps at full resolution.

The device is available in 2- and 4-MP versions with CMV CMOS sensors in monochrome, color and NIR.
