EUV Dichroic FiltersExtreme UV (EUV) Dichroic Filters from Edmund Optics enable rapid prototyping, R&D development, and product development.

Also known as dichroic beamsplitters or beam separators, the filters feature a broad 5- to 40-nm bandwidth and provide high separation efficiency between the EUV and NIR wavelengths. The filters are fabricated on fused silica substrates.

Uses include high harmonic generation applications including coherent diffractive imaging, EUV lithography support, nanomachining, and ultrafast attosecond pulse generation.
