Rofin-Baasel Lasertech’s EasyMark modular and compact laser marking system can easily be integrated into production lines. It features the latest diode-pumped or fiber laser technology and powerful software.

The desktop laser marker’s supply control unit and the working chamber are designed as separate modules to provide flexibility for assembling optimum system setups for each application.

The system not only handles standard applications with manual part placement and removal but also semi- or fully automated production lines. It accommodates metals and polymers, flat and cylindrical parts, standard marking tasks and graphical content, and mobile or stationary use.

Without the laser Class I enclosure, it becomes an open laser Class 4 marking module. The side panels can be removed to accommodate long and bulky workpieces. It is suited for use with automatic part feeding devices such as conveyors.

The lifting door provides access to the entire working chamber. When the door is closed, the process can be monitored from the large inspection window. The system is combined with a camera and pilot laser for exact part positioning within the 120mm2 marking area (optionally 180 mm2).

The EasyMark has a programmable Z-axis and can be equipped with a rotary axis. Additional options such as the through-the-lens camera, automatic door and foot switch help set up customer-tailored solutions.

It is powered by PowerLine F fiber lasers with 20, 30 or 50 W, or with the diode end-pumped PowerLine E 10. All lasers are air-cooled and designed for continuous industrial operation. The system requires only a standard, single-phased power supply.

“Visual laser marker” software facilitates designing and transferring of marking layouts and offers a comprehensive range of marking functions, fonts and predefined laser setups.

The standard model is supplied with a laptop computer running Windows 7, software, a programmable Z-axis, a pilot laser and a camera. For more information, visit: www.rofin.com/easymark
