Large Electron DetectorThe AXUV100G 100 × 100-mm active area electron detection device from Opto Diode Corp. is designed for use in radiation detection applications.

The electron photodetector features electron responsivity at energy levels as low as 100 eV. The shunt resistance is a minimum of 20 MOhms, with reverse breakdown a minimum of 5 V and typically 10 V. Capacitance is 5 nF, and rise time is a maximum of 10 µsec. Ambient storage and operating temperatures range from -10 to 40 °C.
