PLANEGG, Germany, March 26, 2014 — Menlo Systems has released Elmo, a compact fiber laser based on Figure 9 technology.

The mode-locking device offers high reproducibility, long-term operation, stability, an all-fiber design and low-noise operation. It is resistant to mechanical shocks and temperature fluctuations and can be configured to work with multiple amplifiers.
