M3-FS focus module The M3-FS focus module is easy to integrate into the smallest instruments. The embedded controller accepts high-level commands over standard SPI or I2C interface. The complete module is only 20 x 23 x 16 mm INCLUDING CONTROLLER; no need to design, buy or program external control boards. This all-in-one motion system minimizes system size and integration efforts. The M3-FS moves M16 lenses with 0.5 µm resolution and amazing dynamic stability. The module takes 3.3V input and can run on battery power, making it ideal for handheld and portable instruments.

Applications include IVD, DNA identification, pathogen detection, flow cytometry, robotic inspection, miniature microscopes, surveillance, remote sensing, biometric identification, imaging arrays, process control, machine vision, guidance, targeting and UAVs.
